Digital Marketing Practical Blog (Social Media Marketing - Facebook)

Steps to follow -

1. Open Facebook from Google Chrome or from any browser (https://www.facebook.com/").

2. A page will open like this.

3. You can Create New Account if you don't have any or Log in if you have one.
4. I am clicking Log in as I already have an account.
5. After clicking that, a screen will appear like this.


How to Create a Facebook Page?

1. Click on the + sign which is on the right-hand side of the screen.
2. You can see some options after clicking that.


3. Click on the Page as shown.
4. A screen will appear like this after clicking Page.

5. You can enter your Page name and all other details as required and besides that, you can see a Desktop preview.

6. After entering details, click on to Create Page button as shown below.


7. After clicking the Create Page button, your details will be saved.
8. Click on Save to save the contents.
9. After that, the following screen appears.


10. You can edit all the contents and add images (cover image and profile image) as per your requirement.

11. You can promote your page by simply clicking on to Promote button which is on the left-hand side of the screen (shown above).

12. After the editing part, you can create a post or content.


13. Click on Create Post to add your content.
14. After clicking that, you will see a dialog box that appears like this.


15. Write something related to the page and click on the Post button below to publish it.

16. You can boost your post by simply clicking on the Boost Post button after publishing.


17. You have to give some budget amount to boost.
18. The following screen appears like this after clicking the Boost post button.


19. Edit all your contents and set up a budget and click on Boost Post Now button.
20. After that your post will be boosted and you will start getting views.
21. After page creation, you can Log Out or continue to create more pages.


This is how you can make maximum use of your Facebook. There are other methods to use Facebook as well.

How to Create an Ad?

1. Click on the + sign which is on the right-hand side of the screen.
2. You can see some options after clicking that.


3. Click on the Ad as shown above.
4. After clicking that the screen will appear like this.


5. Choose your Goal. I am clicking Get started with Automated Ads.
6. After clicking that, you will be redirected to a page where the following shows


7. Now, click on Get Started.
8. Some questions will be asked before proceeding like this and click on Next.


9. After that a screen will appear like this


10. You can edit or promote your Ad by clicking on Promote Now. Make sure you have money on your account to promote.

L et us create a website using WordPress via Pro Free Host. Following are the steps one by one - 1. Open Google Chrome from your Laptop/Computer. 2.
